Holiday Parties

Skip The
Hotel Ballroom.

Every company holiday party blends into the last one: a banquet room, a buffet, a slideshow. Trade it for a half-mile of asphalt. Give the team a year-end outing with a champion, a podium, and a story instead of a centerpiece.

Why Race It Here

WHY MCK.

1

A Year-End Event With Energy

A holiday race day is the rare company event people are genuinely glad they came to. It beats a ballroom on every measure that matters: energy, photos, and what people say about it Monday.

2

Indoors When It Counts

Race on the outdoor track, then warm up in the heated event space for food, drinks, and awards. Tennessee winters are mild, and a crisp track is a fast track.

3

Year-End Awards, Done Right

Hand out the company's year-end awards alongside the race trophies. A/V is available, so the slideshow and the speeches still happen, just with more horsepower around them.

4

Catering And Branding Handled

A full BBQ buffet, drink packages, your logo on the leaderboard, branded swag. We arrange the holiday-party details so your team does not have to.

How The Day Runs

START TO PODIUM.

1
Arrive & Warm Up

The team checks in and gathers in the heated event space. A welcome drinks station and food get the party started before anyone touches a kart.

2
Practice & Qualify

Everyone heads out for practice laps, then a qualifier seeds the grid. The office rivalries surface fast.

3
The Holiday Grand Prix

Wheel-to-wheel racing with your branding on the leaderboard. Heats and a final for larger teams so everyone races.

4
Awards & Celebration

Race trophies and the company's year-end awards together, then back to the event space for food, drinks, and the rest of the night.

Every Format

THE RIGHT FORMAT.

Here is every way to run it. We have marked the one we would put on your day, but the call is yours, and our event coordinator will walk you through any of them.

Holiday Parties Questions

Is an outdoor track a good idea for a winter holiday party?

Yes. Tennessee winters are mild, and a cold, crisp track is genuinely a fast track. Guests race outdoors, then warm up in the heated event space for food, drinks, and awards. We dress for the season the same as any motorsport.

Can we hand out our year-end company awards here?

Absolutely. The event space has A/V, so your slideshow, speeches, and year-end awards fit naturally into the day, handed out right alongside the race-day podium trophies.

Can you cater the holiday party?

Yes. We arrange catering, from a Hunt Brothers Pizza buffet to a full BBQ spread from a local pitmaster, plus drink packages, so your team is not coordinating caterers on top of everything else.

When should we book a December date?

As early as possible. December weekends book up fast for holiday parties, so reach out as soon as you have a rough date and headcount and we will hold the slot while we build your package.
