Plain English Summary
We collect the minimum we need to book your races, send you confirmations, and stay legal. We don't sell your data. We don't spam. You can opt out of any marketing communication with one click. If you want us to delete everything we have on you, emailhello@musiccitykartplex.comand we'll handle it within 30 days.
What We Collect
- Name, email, phone. When you book or fill any form
- Billing address and payment info. Only when you pay (processed by our payment partner; we never store full card numbers)
- Waiver signature, timestamp, IP address. Required for legal validity
- Lap times and race results. When you race or compete
- Photos and video from race events. Facility-wide; you can request removal
- Standard analytics (page views, referrers, device type) via privacy-respecting tools
What We Use It For
- Confirming and managing your reservations
- Sending race-day reminders, weather updates, and confirmations
- Posting race results and championship standings
- Marketing communications you opted into (one-click unsubscribe always)
- Legal compliance (waiver retention, tax records, insurance)
- Improving the website and our facility experience
Who We Share With
We share data with: payment processors (to process your payment), email/SMS providers (to send confirmations), analytics tools (to measure site performance), and legal authorities (only when required by law). We do not sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes. Period.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete it entirely. Email us and we'll handle it within 30 days. Tennessee residents and applicable jurisdictions have additional rights under state law. Same email gets you started.

We use minimal cookies for essential site functionality and analytics. No third-party advertising cookies. No tracking pixels you didn't agree to.
Kids
The facility is open to ages 12+ for rentals (5+ for owner classes), but the website is not intended for children under 13 to provide their own information. Minors' bookings are made by a parent or guardian, and parental consent is collected separately.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a fresh "last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email if you've opted into our list.
