A Fundraiser
People Show Up For.
The hard part of any fundraiser is getting people to actually come. A gala is a hard sell. A race day is not. Sell entries, line up kart sponsors, and let the racing do the work of filling the room.
WHY MCK.
An Event That Sells Itself
People hesitate over a banquet ticket. They do not hesitate over the chance to race. A charity race day fills faster and draws a crowd a dinner never would.
Multiple Ways To Raise
Driver entry fees, sponsored karts, leaderboard and trophy sponsorships, and spectator passes. Every part of the day can carry a sponsor and a price.
Branding Built In
Put sponsor logos on the karts, the live leaderboard, and the big screen. Donors and sponsors get real, visible recognition all day long.
We Run The Logistics
Karts, timing, heats, safety, food, and the event space. Your team focuses on the cause and the guest list. We run the race.
START TO PODIUM.
We help you choose a format, a head-to-head sprint bracket or a team endurance race, and a structure for entries and sponsorships.
Drivers check in, sponsor branding goes up on the karts and the leaderboard, and spectators settle into the bleachers.
Wheel-to-wheel racing all day, with live timing on the big screen so the crowd can follow every donor team and sponsored kart.
A podium ceremony, sponsor recognition, and the moment everyone came for: announcing the total raised.
THE RIGHT FORMAT.
Here is every way to run it. We have marked the one we would put on your day, but the call is yours, and our event coordinator will walk you through any of them.
- ~1.5 hr
- Practice / Qualifier + 12-Lap Race
- From 12 guests weekday, 15 weekend
- $99 per guest on weekends

- ~2 hr
- Practice + Qualifier + 12-Lap Race
- From 12 guests weekday, 15 weekend
- $135 per guest on weekends
- Podium ceremony and posted lap times
- 2 hr
- 30 min strategy + 60 min race · Teams of 4-5
- From 40 guests
- Teams share karts, full driver changes
- Podium ceremony and posted lap times
Corporate Endurance is the strongest fundraiser format: donor and sponsor teams share karts over a longer race with driver changes, which keeps everyone involved all day. For a smaller event, the Sprint and Grand Prix formats both work well as a head-to-head bracket.

How does a karting fundraiser actually raise money?
Several ways at once: driver entry fees, sponsored karts, leaderboard and trophy sponsorships, and spectator passes. A race day gives you more sponsorship surfaces than a traditional banquet, and it draws a bigger crowd.
Can sponsors get their branding on the event?
Yes. Sponsor logos can go on the karts themselves, the live leaderboard, and the big screen, so every sponsor gets visible recognition throughout the day. It is one of the easiest sells in fundraising.
What is the best format for a charity race?
For most fundraisers, a team endurance race works best, donor and sponsor teams share karts and run driver changes, keeping everyone engaged all day. Smaller events do well with a head-to-head sprint bracket.
Can spectators come watch the fundraiser?
Yes, and spectator passes are another way to raise. There are bleachers overlooking the track, and live timing on the big screen lets the crowd follow every team.
