Acceptance

By using musiccitykartplex.com or visiting Music City Kartplex, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the site or show up. Simple as that.

Bookings & Reservations

  • Reservations are confirmed only after payment is received and you receive a confirmation email or text.
  • Reschedule free up to 24 hours before your reservation. Within 24 hours, reschedule fees may apply.
  • No-shows forfeit the reservation. Sorry.
  • Group event deposits are non-refundable. Final headcount is due 48 hours before the event.
  • Race entries (R&R Series, leagues, special events) follow the rules in the official event rulebook, which take precedence over these general terms.

Track Conduct & Safety

  • All drivers must sign a waiver before going on track. Minors require a parent or guardian's countersignature.
  • Track rules apply at all times. Race control's call is final. Repeated rule violations result in removal without refund.
  • You are responsible for your own gear, your own conduct, and your own decisions. Karting has inherent risks. The waiver covers what we can; common sense covers the rest.
  • Spectators must remain in designated areas. Pit lane access requires the appropriate wristband.

Property Damage & Liability

You're responsible for damage you cause to MCK property, equipment, or other patrons' property through reckless or intentional conduct. Standard insurance applies for ordinary wear-and-tear. Specifics are in the waiver you sign on-site or before arrival.

Memberships & Recurring Billing

  • Fast Track Annual Practice Membership runs 12 months from activation. Auto-renews unless cancelled.
  • Storage subscriptions bill monthly. 30-day notice required to cancel.
  • R&R Series memberships run for the season. No partial refunds for missed rounds.
  • Pricing changes may apply at renewal. We give at least 30 days notice for any increase.

Pricing & Errors

We try to keep pricing accurate, but if a price is obviously wrong (a typo, $0.30 instead of $30, etc.), we reserve the right to correct it before confirming the booking. We'll always offer the option to cancel at the corrected price with no penalty.

Photos & Video

We photograph and video the facility, races, and events for marketing and social media. By being on-site, you grant MCK the right to use those images. Want a photo of you removed? Email us and we'll handle it.

Website Content

All content on this website (text, images, videos, the design) belongs to Music City Kartplex or its licensors. Don't copy or repurpose without permission. Press kit assets at/pressare licensed for editorial use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Tennessee law, MCK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or visit to the facility. The waiver you sign on-site governs liability for on-track activity.

Governing Law

Tennessee state law governs these terms. Disputes are resolved in Bedford County, TN courts.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be highlighted.
