Book the track on a Tuesday afternoon. The team gets the place to itself and you are back at your desks by four. Weekday corporate dates are the easiest to lock in.

How many people can you host for a group event?+
Up to 200 guests across the facility. The 2,500 sq ft event space seats around 80 indoors, and the rest of the complex absorbs the overflow comfortably. Smaller groups of 8-15 fit our Build Your Night format; corporate buyouts can run the full 200-guest capacity.
What's included in a group event booking?+
Italian CRG rental karts, helmets and balaclavas for every driver, live lap-timing with leaderboard display, podium ceremony for the top 3, and event coordination from our staff. Catering, custom branding, and video packages are optional add-ons.
How long does a typical group event run?+
Two to three hours for most formats. A standard corporate event includes practice, qualifying, a sprint or endurance race, and the podium ceremony. Birthday parties typically run two hours; full buyouts can run all day.
What's the age and height requirement?+
Drivers must be at least 12 years old and 58 inches tall to drive our rental karts. Junior karts for younger drivers are available by special arrangement for private events. Spectators of any age are welcome.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?+
Outside catering is welcome (pizza, sandwiches, salads, BBQ are common). Guests provide their own paper goods and utensils. No alcohol on premises. We can also coordinate catering for you if preferred.
How far in advance do we need to book?+
Two to four weeks is typical for weekend events. We can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings during weekday hours. Bachelor parties, corporate offsites, and large groups should book earlier to lock in the date.
Do you do bachelor parties and bachelorette parties?+
Constantly. Sprint or Grand Prix format racing, plus optional access to the event space for cocktails and trash talk after. Full bridal-party visits with photo and video coverage are available.
