RACE THE
RENTAL CLASS.
No kart of your own. No truck, no trailer, no garage. Show up, sign up, race in one of our CRG Centurion rental karts in Tennessee's only NKA-sanctioned outdoor karting championship. Same karts as Arrive & Drive, real race-day format, real points, real trophies. Race one round or chase the whole season, your call.
Race Like A Pro.
No Kart, No Problem.
Real karters spend years and tens of thousands of dollars on a championship-grade kart. You can race the same track, in the same Italian-made CRG karts, on the same race day as the owners. Walk away when you're done. Pick the lane that fits. Switch lanes whenever you want.
The on-ramp. One 8-minute race in our CRG Centurion rental karts, all gear included. No registration, no commitment, drop by during open hours and pay at the counter.
Wednesday nights, four straight weeks, twice a year. Same rental karts, real championship points across the 4 rounds. Two divisions (light + heavy), 25 spots each. Race the whole season or drop in for individual nights.
Tennessee's only NKA-sanctioned outdoor karting championship. One Saturday a month, March to November. The Rental class sits alongside the owner classes. Race one round or chase the season trophy.
Owner classes (the rest of the R&R Series field) are for drivers who bring their own kart. The Rental class is the only series class that races in MCK karts.
WHAT THIS
ACTUALLY IS.
Once a month on a Saturday from March through November, the whole MCK track is reserved for the Rhythm & Race Championship Series , 19 classes of karts racing for points. One of them is the Rental class.
Instead of bringing your own kart, you race one of ours. Same CRG Centurion you'd rent for $30 on an Arrive & Drive Tuesday, except today you're racing for a trophy and series points, against other people in the same kart.
You don't need to commit to the whole season. Sign up for one race, see how you like it. If it bites, come back for the next round.
YOUR DAY ON
THE TRACK.
Every Rental class racer runs all four phases. Total time on track adds up to about 35-40 minutes of seat time across the day.
Get a feel for the kart and the layout. Time isn't recorded; this is your free pass to settle in.
Your fastest of three laps sets where you line up for the heat race. Treat it like a single hot lap.
Wheel-to-wheel with everyone in your class. Finishing order sets the grid for the feature.
The one that counts. Trophy at the end, R&R points to whoever lands the podium.
Drivers meeting before each session. Podium ceremony at the end. The whole class runs together, all four phases.

WHAT IT
COSTS.
Covers the kart, the gear, the timing, and the trophy ceremony. Pay per round; no season commitment required.
Required if you want your race finishes to count for season points + championship trophies. Skip it if you're here for fun, not points.
Some drivers race the Rental class in the morning and a second class in the afternoon. Bring your own kart for a second class, or stack a TAG.
These are the prices currently published on the MCK series page. Lucas confirms final pricing at check-in if anything changed.
STUFF EVERY
FIRST-TIMER ASKS.
Probably not. The Rental class is the friendliest class in the series on purpose, most of the field started exactly where you are. Series regulars are running their own karts in different classes. You're racing people at your level.
No. Everything is included. You arrive, you sign in, you race. The kart goes back in our garage when you're done.
If you've done an Arrive & Drive race here you're ready. If you haven't, do one Arrive & Drive session first ($30), that gets you familiar with the kart, then come back and race the series.
Yes. Free admission for spectators, concessions on-site, full bleachers along the front straight. Bring whoever you want.
Not in 2026, the rental karts race as one class now, no Heavy/Light split. Everyone gets weighed at the scales on race day so the field stays honest.
We race rain or shine unless lightning closes the track. Bring a layer; the karts handle wet asphalt fine.
READY TO RACE?
Two minutes to register through our timing system. Rental karts are first-come, first-served, when the class fills, you're on the wait list for that round.
REGISTER FOR R&R.
One Rental class for 2026, no Heavy/Light split. Annual membership ($60/yr, $100 for two drivers) is required to race, then pay your $100 entry for the next round.
