KA100 Junior is where a young driver first feels a real two-stroke engine. It is the bridge class between grassroots karting and the fast end of the sport.
Drivers ages 12 to 15 who are ready to step up from the junior classes into genuine two-stroke speed without jumping straight to the deep end.
This class runs the IAME KA100, a 100cc air-cooled two-stroke making around 22 horsepower. It delivers real two-stroke performance while staying simple: pull-start, air-cooled, no radiator to manage.
KA100 is known for close engine parity, so the racing is tight and skill-based. It is one of the best-value categories in karting, and many drivers arrive here from the four-stroke ladder and never want to leave.
