The Field Trip
They Talk About.
School groups, church youth groups, scout troops, sports teams, and clubs. If your group is full of drivers 12 and up, a race day gives them something to chase, something to celebrate, and a safety briefing they will actually pay attention to.
WHY MCK.
Structured And Supervised
Every driver gets a safety briefing, and our staff watch the track the entire session. Karts are governed for the group, and the format is organized into clear practice, qualifying, and race sessions.
Everybody Races
No bench, no waiting in line for one ride. The whole group is on track together, and for larger groups we run heats so every kid gets a real race.
Friendly Competition With A Point
Lap times, qualifying, a podium. It rewards focus and good decisions, and it gives quieter kids a place to shine that the classroom does not.
Easy For Chaperones
We run the racing so your leaders can focus on the group. Adults who are not driving are welcome to watch from the bleachers.
START TO PODIUM.
The whole group checks in together. We handle waivers, which need a parent or guardian signature for anyone under 18, and fit everyone with helmets.
A group safety briefing covering flags, the track, and the rules. With a trophy on the line, the kids actually listen.
Practice laps, a qualifier, then the race. Larger groups run in heats so everyone gets genuine track time.
Trophies, posted lap times, and a result sheet for the group to take back with them.

THE RIGHT FORMAT.
Here is every way to run it. We have marked the one we would put on your day, but the call is yours, and our event coordinator will walk you through any of them.

What age do kids need to be for a youth group outing?
Rental drivers must be at least 12 years old and 58 inches tall. For a group with younger kids, those kids are welcome to come watch from the bleachers, and we can talk through other options for mixed-age groups.
How do waivers work for minors?
Every driver under 18 needs a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. We will get the waiver forms to your group leader ahead of time so they are handled before the day, not at the counter.
Is it safe enough for a school group?
Yes. Every driver gets a safety briefing, our staff monitor the track with a flag system the entire session, and the karts have roll bars and full harnesses. Karting is one of the most controlled forms of motorsport, and the group format keeps it organized.
Can chaperones who are not driving still come?
Of course. Adults who are not racing are welcome to watch from the bleachers overlooking the track, which makes supervising the group easy.
