206 Junior
The 206 ladder, Junior level.
206 Junior carries the affordable LO206 ladder into the Junior age group. It is four-stroke racing on a full adult chassis for teenage drivers.
Drivers ages 12 to 15, racing an adult chassis. It is the natural home for a teenager who came up through the 206 classes and wants to stay on the cost-effective four-stroke path.
206 Junior runs the sealed Briggs LO206 four-stroke, the same engine as every other 206 class. Familiar, reliable, and sealed so the racing stays about the driver.
206 Junior fields are close and deep, the hallmark of LO206 racing. It is a class where teenage drivers refine racecraft without a two-stroke budget, before deciding whether to step up.
See every class side by side, and find the one that fits a driver by age and weight, in the Class Explorer.
What is the difference between 206 Junior and KA100 Junior?
Both are Junior classes for ages 12 to 15. 206 Junior runs the sealed four-stroke LO206; KA100 Junior runs a two-stroke making more than double the power. 206 is the affordable path, KA100 is the step up in speed.
Does 206 Junior use a cadet or adult chassis?
206 Junior runs on an adult chassis, matching the size of its 12 to 15 age group.
